With 50 years in the hospitality business and having held the position as the former Executive Chef for the Egan Hospitality Group, I take immense pride in the events that we have catered over that period. I also pride myself on innovation of menu content, for Cafe Kitchens. As my role of CEO encompassing Culinary Director coupled with an attention to detail driven, Operational and Logistics incorporating a robust sustainability policy and ethos with the company.
